The Outfit of Uzumaki Naruto can be imitated by wearing an orange jacket or long sleeved shirt with a blue stripe over the shoulders, a pair of orange pants, blue open-toed ninja sandals and a blue leaf village ninja headband. Finish the ensemble with some toy ninja weapons and a yellow or blond wig.
The color orange helps Naruto stand out from the others and the blue is there to kind of complement the orange. You can also add a hitai-ite or shinobi headband or goggles. Kishimoto original illustrations of Naruto had him wearing goggles but he replaced them with headbands because it was easier to draw. To add the finishing touches to your costume, roll up your pants and now you are Naruto.
